What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your details and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’.
‘My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids Change your password Track the status of your orders .

What are the delivery places and time for online orders?

We currently ship to thousands of locations across India and the world. We normally ship your order in 7 days Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address.
Final delivery time will vary based on location.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges Starts from Rs.49/- if delivery will be in India and actual payment will be charged according to delivery address and shipping weight.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can choose to pay for an order using any of the below methods:

Credit and debit cards (VISA / Master card/Rupay).
COD (Cash on Delivery)

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment in which you can pay cash at the time of delivery of your order. You can also pay using a credit card/ debit card if the Courier Executive carries a swiping machine.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on?

Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on Online payment shall be made in advance security through gateway process or Via Pay on delivery.

How can I check my order status?

You can check the status by following below mentioned steps:-
1. Login with your account.
2. Click on Dashboard on top of the page at right side on user name.
3. Click on My Orders at left side below the “My Account” menu.
4.Click on Action Button next to orders details.

How do I place Bulk Orders?

We get it. Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us via or just call us at 1800-422-1212 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).

What exactly happens after ordering?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to or call our toll free number 1-800-400-XXXX. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy is applicable.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
